RETURNS & REFUND 

We hope you are satisfied with your purchase, however, if you would like to return an item for an exchange or refund, you have 30 days from the date you receive the item to return it.

30 Day Return Policy

You have the right to return your purchase within 30 days of receiving the product.

Returns are subject to our policy:

You will need to include your packing slip inside the package when returning the item to us. Any returned items without a packing slip will not be accepted.

All items must be returned in the original packaging provided.

Items must be returned unworn and in perfect condition. Any returns that are damaged, soiled or without the original labels will not be accepted and may be sent back to you.

To return a product, simply follow a few simple steps:

-Write to us at [email protected] and request a refund. We provide the address for returns.

-Customer is responsible for the return label. Customer is responsible for all shipping and handling costs for returned products unless otherwise stated.

-Check the integrity of the packaging (we will accept returns of the Product in new condition).

-Receive a 100% refund within 5-7 business days via the payment method selected at checkout.

Refunds

Once the independent brand receives the returned item, MICHAE will refund your original payment method, which may take 7-14 business days to process, especially during peak times.

After issuing a refund, please allow up to 7 days for the refund to appear in your account or appear on your statement.

You will receive a confirmation email once the return has been accepted and the refund has been processed.

Original Payment Method: Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.

We do not offer exchange services.

Return Shipping Costs

Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

We are not responsible for items damaged or lost during return shipping.

Cancel (Cancel Order)

Orders are usually processed within 24 hours of receipt. Therefore, you have 24 hours to change your mind. However, if your order has already been processed, unfortunately we are unable to process the request.

Faulty Items

If the item is faulty when you receive it, please notify us within 24 hours of receipt, including photos and a description of the fault. You can contact us here.

We will arrange a free return for a refund or replacement at no additional cost to you.
