Can I return my order?
Yes, we offer returns within 30 days upon receipt.
In case you have had a change of heart, you are welcome to return your order to us. The refund will be processed within 7-14 business days after the return date. Please make sure that the items are returned in a clean and unworn condition with all tags still attached.
We ask that items are returned clean, unworn and with all their tags attached.
Naturally any faulty items can be returned. Any non-faulty items that are not in a condition suitable for resale (i.e. used, washed, soiled or damaged), will not be refunded and will be sent back to you.
Can I exchange my product?
We do not currently offer exchange services. You can return the product to us for a refund, then place a new order to receive the product of your choice.
How long will it take to receive my refund?
Once your return has been shipped, there will be a processing time of 7-15 business days. This allows the team to review the contents of your return and conduct quality control on the products. You will be notified when your package has been shipped and when your return has been refunded.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Order Processing Time:
Most orders take 1-3 business days to process. During sales and busy periods, it may take longer for us to process your order.
We do not process or ship orders on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.

We offer standard shipping of 7-15 business days
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped. Please note, processing time does not include weekends or US federal holidays.
Will I receive a confirmation code when I place my order?
Of course! When you place your order, you will receive an order number for reference. If for some reason you do not receive the code within 24-48 hours, please contact us.
Can I cancel my order?
After purchasing, you have 24 hours to cancel your order by contacting us. After this time, we do not guarantee order cancellation
